Crazy but amazing day

Today was a crazy yet fun day!!!! Norma had invited me to join a delta rover course to learn about all kinds of outdoor activities such as abseiling, which we did today, rock climbing, paint gun and many more. Today the activity was held in Midvalley convention center. I reached there around 9.40pm, then when i walked in Midvalley, then u heard.... MAXINE!!!!!!! i was thinking, who was calling me so loudly.... then i saw Pn Elsie and Michealle over there waving at me... My whole expression was like,"Oh my god!!! " then we started to talk and joke as usual, as we walk to the convention center, we took all kinds of pictures as the chirstmas decorations are still intact, then we went to the highest floor, where the convention center is. Then we met Am. Well actually we didn't met Am, Am met us, i was walking and looking at the convention center sign board then i heard a male voice calling me, Maxine!! i turned around there he was standing right beside me. I was shocked but later recovered. As Norma didn't show up yet, we decided to take some photoes around Midvalley. We got this idea of lying at the center of the stage and pretend to make snow angles, then Pn Elsie will be taking it from the highest floor. The first few pictures were fine, then suddenly the guard came looking at us thinking we are crazy kids doing crazy stuff!!! So we ran back to the highest floor to meet up with Pn Elsie again. But we didn't stop just there, we even took pictures from all kinds of angles, can said is 360 degres. Kinda fun though, we even pose like those statues at the display corner and took pictures. Crazy isn't it??
Then we head back upstairs to the convention center, registerd and went in. Pn Elsie looked at some shoes first, then Michealle and i went to the rock climbing section to try it out. Michealle went first but she got stuck halfway, so al last she gave up. Thne it was my turn.... i was faster then Michealle, not to say i am boasting but i got stuck halfway as well. So in the end we both gave up. Then we went to the arhcary section, i try it out but still didn't get the hang of it. We even got the chance to take photo with Dato' Azlina. haha our luck i guess!! Then our course started. Our instructor was Encik Hussien. He started of with the introduction of Delta Rovers. Then he move on to the the basic introduction of gadgets. they are many kinds. All together 100 kinds according to him. The gadget introduce to us were, figure of eight, half and full body harnus, casobena, and kinds of ropes. It was fun, he though us about safety then we move on to the first activity, abseiling. There are three different methods of abseiling. The first one is the normal way, your body up and ur butt down, the second way was the whole body upside down, then the third method, spider method. We all try the first method and we all pass. The second method was a little difficult. we had to turn ourself up side dwon and adjust the ropes when you are still dangling up there. But before we do the real thing, We practise it at the bottom. Encik Hussien will first ask you to stand on a chair, then he will ask you to turn yourself upside down. Creepy at first, but you will soon get the hang of it. Then i tried the real thing, the first try i didn't have enough confident to go upside down, but instead i tried it halfway through it. Then it was the real thing. I was really scare!! There were many pairs of eyes staring at me. I was shaking and sweating at the same time. Then Norma, Am, Michealle, Pn Elsie and Encik Hussien started to call but i didn'y want to go down. It was really creepy, no kidding, then i tired, and u succeed but still i was shouting and when my legs touch the ground, i was crawling towards Pn Elsie with the body still shaking. But before i went, Norma had a go first. She of course practised it on the chair first. When Encik Hussien turn her upside down, We started singing sexy back!!! You wanna know why? Because ehr whole back was showing. We laugh till we vried but of course gave her moral support by giving one of our girl guides cheer, Erm, how did it go again?
Ah clap clap, norma!! clap clap, Norma!! nonononononono,nonononononono, Norma!!!! But it ws crazy!! People were rushing over to see us. It was a really funny sight. (Norma, if u are reading this please forgive me la!!! Sorry ah!!) Then it was Michealle turn to go but she failed, she cannot turn herself upside down. But we still gave her Moral support, by giving her our famous cheer, again!!! After everyone had finish, then we move on to paintball shooting!!! Wow!! that really show of everyone's anger. I even broke a bottle!!! And norma's friends even wanted to continue to shoot even the bullets were finish!! haha!!! After that we all headed home!!!! That all!!!
